The content on this website is provided for general information about our treatment programs. It is not medical advice, it does not create a provider-patient relationship, and it must not be used as a substitute for evaluation by a qualified clinician. APPOINTMENT REQUESTS AND COMMUNICATIONS

Submitting a form, requesting an intake assessment, or starting a chat on this website is a request for contact. It does not create an appointment, guarantee admission to a program, or establish care. Admission depends on clinical assessment and eligibility. Internet email, web forms, and chat are not secure channels, and we ask that you do not send sensitive personal health information through them.

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box in the chat widget on this website, you consent to receive text messages from us on the terms described in our Privacy Policy. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of treatment or of any purchase.

INSURANCE AND COST INFORMATION

Any statement on this website about insurance acceptance, coverage, or cost is general information only.
